The University of Trento supports Open Access (OA) for scientific publications: this is stated in the statute and encouraged in the “Open access policy for scientific literature” issued in January 2014.
This self-study online course, split into four modules, provides the basic tools to understand the phenomenon of OA starting from the legal and socio-economic foundations that support the production and the dissemination of scientific knowledge.
